I figured I could go my entire life and never get food from a food truck...  Due to State mandates, the celtic pig has temporarily closed their downtown shop until all this corona stuff ends, but they have taken to serving from their food truck.

I had not heard of them before, but my wife saw a listing on Facebook where they

First time for a mid afternoon lunch. Looking at the most eclectic menu in Louisville, decided on an early dinner. Best smoked wings we’ve ever had. Scotch egg was wonderful. Entrees and drinks were better than expected. Owners made us feel like old friends. Will be back soon.
